Return & Exchange Policy
Due to made to order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
That said — we want you obsessed with what you receive.
We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).
Processing Time
Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
